Drag me! real-time dragging seems to work, even zooming...
BTW, the mouse event is only captured on the animated canvas, so you can't "grab" outside the square (look for the pointing hand, the closest useful cursor silverlight provides...
Careful not to zoom out and center the map off the course, as you'll lose the ability to pan when the course is outside ('re-center' function to come)
